Absolutely amazing dinner! Family of five, 2 teens and a fussy 8 year old. It's very authentic regional food with a simple menu, but oh my gosh the food is simply divine! 8 Yr old had chicken tenders and they were perfection, then we had 3 lots of the set menu (esgargots, boef bourguignon, Fish, Apple tarts) and one rose veal cutlet with peppercorn sauce and honestly, the food is absolutely out of this world. It's simply presented, service is kind of slow but it was insanely busy - full of locals, and holidaying French, we were the only non-French there this evening - and even though it was a little slow, it didn't matter, because the atmosphere was so relaxing and sitting people watching and listening to the sounds of the town on a warm summer evening, it just didn't matter. And wow, the food! Absolutely delicious! We had a wonderful, wonderful evening, and I couldn't more highly recommend this lovely, authentic restaurant !

Lovely location. Each time we are in Autun, we eat here. Under the cathedral, outside. Food is marvelous.
